Even though we cannot currently meet up, we are still here to help you build your maths skills!
How do I get my work?
Every week there will be new maths exercises for you to work through. These will be posted on this page on Thursdays.
There will usually be a short starter and then a larger task. You won’t need to print anything, you just need pen and paper. Just like in CLASSS, you will be told if you should be using a calculator or not.
This work is for you, so we suggest that you keep your answers together, either in a notebook or folder. We won’t generally be able to mark it, so we suggest that you ask your parents to check your answers. (The answers will be provided separately.) Sometimes though, we will suggest that you send us your work, if you want to. If so, there will be a place on the page for you to submit your work. This is always optional.
How can I get help?
You can also share your work with the tutors and ask questions if you need help. This could be about the work that has been set, or another maths problem.
To get help, select Ask the tutor on the top bar and fill in your details. A tutor will then email you to help you with your problem. Try to include as much detail in your question as possible so that we can help.
Parents: you can use the form too!
