CLASSS is a registered charity that has been offering extra study support for children in local communities since 2008. We are a vibrant organisation, committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where children can build confidence through high quality Maths and English tutoring. Our weekly classes are run by a team of dedicated volunteers and paid tutors at the Technorth Centre in Chapel Allerton.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Coordinator to join our organisation as we work towards reopening in February 2022. This role requires a confident, strong communicator who can oversee our weekly sessions on a Thursday evening. The postholder will play a pivotal role in coordinating our operations, welcoming our students each week, ensuring we have sufficient volunteer capacity in each classroom and acting as the first point of contact for parents.
This role would ideally suit candidates who have excellent organisational skills and experience of working with children. Most importantly, we welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about all children achieving their potential. Extensive training will be provided and our Coordinator will be closely supported by an experienced Board of Trustees.
For more information about this role or to arrange an informal discussion, please contact Hannah Gorman, email@example.com.
To apply, please complete the application form below (part one and two) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
The closing date for applications will be 7th January 2022.
Please note that CLASSS is committed to the safeguarding of our students and that appointment to this position is subject to Enhanced DBS and Barred List checks.
